Richard E. Garriott, Jr. earned his Juris Doctor from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, a Master of Arts from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond. He practices in the areas of Family Law, Domestic Relations and Litigation, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Garriott is also AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated, which is Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
