Scott Ingram Joins Pender & Coward

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Scott Ingram has joined the firm as an attorney focusing his practice on civil litigation, construction law and local government matters.

Before joining the firm, Scott served as a law clerk for the Honorable Randolph A. Beales of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.  A native of Virginia Beach, Scott served as a legal intern with the firm during law school.

Scott received his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University.
