Ross Greene Appointed to SPSA Board of Directors

Suffolk, Va. – Pender & Coward shareholder D. Rossen S. Greene received a gubernatorial appointment to serve on the board of directors of the Southeastern Public Service Authority (SPSA). SPSA provides safe and environmentally sound disposal of regional post-recycling waste. Ross will work with the other board members to oversee SPSA’s operations throughout the region.

Ross chairs the firm’s Eminent Domain & Right of Way practice group, and he also advises clients in real estate, business, and estate planning matters.  He is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™. Ross graduated from Hampden-Sydney College and the University of Richmond School of Law and was a member of LEAD Hampton Roads, Class of 2012.  He was also recently named as one of Coastal Virginia's Top Lawyers in the area of Eminent Domain.
