Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Richard Biemiller has joined the firm as a shareholder focusing his practice on creditors’ rights, banking and financial institutions, commercial transactions and real estate matters.
Admitted to practice in Virginia and North Carolina, Richard has over 30 years of experience representing national, regional and local lenders in all aspects of commercial collection, work out, collateral liquidation and bankruptcy in addition to lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions involving real estate and many other forms of collateral. He also regularly advises lenders regarding loan documentation and procedures.
