Ra Hee Jeon Elected Pender & Coward Shareholder

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Ra Hee Jeon has been elected as a shareholder of the firm. 

Ra Hee focuses her practice on family law and immigration law.  She routinely represents her clients in complex contested divorce, uncontested divorce, and child custody/visitation/support issues in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts and Circuit Courts, drafts prenuptial agreements and property settlement agreements and represents clients in mediation and negotiations.  Ra Hee represents foreign-born and U.S. citizen clients in a variety of immigration matters and helps them navigate the complex U.S. immigration law process.

Ra Hee is the Young Lawyer Liaison of the Virginia State Bar Family Law Board of Governors and the Chair of the Mentorship Committee of the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference.  She is a member and volunteer for Virginia Beach Bar Association CLASS (Concerned Lawyers Advocating Spousal Safety) Program, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Virginia and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

In the community, Ra Hee serves as the Legal Advisor to the Republic of Korea Embassy/Consulate, a board member of the Virginia Beach Social Services Advisory Board, an advisory board member for the Montero Medical Missions International, and a Sunday School Teacher at the Tidewater Korean Baptist Church.
