Pender & Coward Attorneys Arnold and Greene Certified as Right of Way Agents

Virginia Beach, VA. -Pender & Coward attorneys David L. Arnold and D. Rossen S. Greene have been certified by the International Right of Way Association as Right of Way Agents. Arnold is the Chairman, and Greene is a member, of Pender & Coward’s Eminent Domain practice group, which provides right-of-way services to state agencies, municipalities, public utilities and right-of-way consultants.

In addition to eminent domain, Arnold focuses his practice in the areas of historic real estate development and historic tax credits, commercial litigation and business affairs. He earned his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.

Associate D. Rossen S. Greene also specializes in trusts and estates, real estate and civil litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College, and graduated magna cum laude from the T.C Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.
