Pender & Coward Attorney Jesse Gordon Elected to Board of Governors of Virginia State Bar’s Construction Law and Public Contracts Section

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that attorney Jesse Gordon has been elected to serve on the Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar’s Construction Law and Public Contracts Section.  He will serve for a term of three years.  The Board of Governors is responsible for operations of the section that provide research, news and other information to Virginia construction and government contract law practitioners through an annual seminar, other continuing legal education programs, newsletters, its website and reference manual.

Jesse focuses his practice on construction law, government contracts and banking and financial institutions.  He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a Virginia’s Legal Elite Young Lawyer and as one of Coastal Virginia’s Top Lawyers.
