Lascara Reappointed to Virginia Bar Association Section on Construction and Public Contracts Law

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward, PC announces Chief Financial Officer and Managing Shareholder, William A. Lascara, was reappointed for a second term to the Council of the Virginia Bar Association’s Section on Construction and Public Contracts Law. 

The Construction and Public Contracts Law Section works to monitor, initiate and promote legislation that affects the construction industry and matters of public contracts. Mr. Lascara concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and public contracts law, corporate and business law, real estate law and general civil litigation.
