Lascara Appointed to 2013 Neptune Festival Board of Directors

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward announces that chief financial officer and managing shareholder, William A. Lascara, has been appointed to the 2013 Board of Directors of the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival. 

The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival provides events and activities throughout the year that enhance the quality of life of Virginia Beach residents and visitors and contribute to the economic development of the area. Mr. Lascara previously was appointed as a Triton on the 2012 Court of King Neptune XXXIX.
