Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Trusts and Estates attorney H. Alexander Johnson has been appointed Shareholder at the firm.
Johnson practices in the areas of Business and Commercial Transactions, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Administration, Non-Profit & Tax Exempt and Real Estate Transactions. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
Johnson is involved in numerous civic and professional organizations, including the Tidewater Estate Planning Council and the Virginia Bar Association as a member in the Wills, Trusts, and Estates Section. He sits on the board of directors for both the Portsmouth Museums Foundation and the Maryview Hospital Foundation. He is a past president and board member for the Chisholm House Foundation, and a former board member for Virginia Stage Company.
