Johnson Appointed to Finance Committee of Lee's Friends

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward Attorney H. Alexander Johnson has been appointed to the Finance Committee of Lee’s Friends (www.leesfriends.org), a nonprofit organization committed to helping people in Norfolk who are living with cancer.

Many patients undergoing cancer treatments are hard pressed for basic necessities like food and clothing, and Lee’s Friends coordinates services that meet these basic human needs. Lee’s Friends also provides trained, caring volunteers who serve as sympathetic listeners, providing a place to turn for advice and a friendly face. One-on-one support is the hallmark of the organization.
