Jeff Wilson Elected Pender & Coward Shareholder

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Jeff Wilson has been elected a shareholder of the firm. 

Jeff focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, litigation, waterfront property law and local government matters.  He counsels companies and localities regarding employment-related issues and represents them in complex litigation before federal and state courts.  Jeff also protects the property interests of waterfront businesses and residents, including water access, pier permitting, dredging and oyster farming. 

Active in the community, Jeff regularly participates in waterway cleanups and related events throughout Coastal Virginia.  He is a frequent writer and speaker on waterfront and employment law topics.  Jeff has been included among Virginia’s Legal Elite and Coastal Virginia’s Top Lawyers.  He is also a board member of the Hampton Roads Global Commerce Council and a committee member for the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia.
