Byler Named Chair of Va. State Bar Resolution of Fee Disputes Committee

Virginia Beach, Va. - Pender & Coward attorney Kathryn N. Byler has been elected Chair of the Virginia State Bar Resolution of Fee Disputes Committee. This committee provides free mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes between attorneys and clients over fees charged by lawyers.

Byler practices at Pender & Coward’s Virginia Beach office, specializing in small business, real estate, general district court, wills, trusts and estates and guardianships/conservatorships. Holding a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Rating, she earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, where she currently teaches as an adjunct professor. She received her Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
