Bill Lascara Crowned King Neptune XLIX by Virginia Beach Neptune Festival
Virginia Beach, Va. – Bill Lascara has been chosen by the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival to serve as King Neptune for the 49th Annual Virginia Beach Neptune Festival. “We couldn’t have chosen a more deserving King Neptune than Bill. He is truly a servant-leader,” said Kit Chope, President and CEO of the Neptune Festival. In 2019, the Neptune Festival presented the John J. Krueger Award to Bill for outstanding service to the festival. He has served the festival as a Neptune Triton in 2012, a member of the Board of Directors since 2013, a member of the Executive Committee since 2015, Chair of the Friends Fundraising Committee and Celebration Chairman of the 2017 Neptune Festival.
Bill is a Pender & Coward shareholder focusing his practice on construction law, government contract and public procurement law, civil litigation, real estate and corporate law. In addition to his service to the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival, he has served on the Virginia Beach Vision Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for The Jefferson Trust, University of Virginia.
