Arnold Named Statewide Secretary of IRWA

Suffolk, Va. - Pender & Coward shareholder David L. Arnold has been installed as secretary of Chapter 52 (Virginia Chapter) of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).

The IRWA, a nonprofit established in 1934, is the central authority of the right of way profession that seeks to create awareness of and trust in right of way professionals.

Arnold is chairman of Pender & Coward’s Eminent Domain practice group and also specializes in civil litigation, real estate and business affairs. He is AV-Rated (“Preeminent”) by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings system, as well as one of Virginia’s “Legal Elite.” Arnold earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1989 from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary in 1992.
