Andrew Shilling and Jason Barlow Join Pender & Coward Expanding the Firm’s Chesapeake Office and North Carolina Practice

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that attorneys Andrew Shilling and Jason Barlow have joined the firm and that it has expanded its Chesapeake office space at 709 Greenbrier Parkway to accommodate the firm’s growing practice in Chesapeake and Northeastern North Carolina. 

Andrew Shilling is a firm shareholder focusing his practice in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, family law and estate planning.  He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and North Carolina and makes regular appearances in the trial courts in both states.  Andrew received his undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary and his Juris Doctor from University of Richmond Law School. 

Jason Barlow is a firm shareholder concentrating his practice in the areas of criminal and traffic law and gun rights matters.  Before going into private practice, Jason served as a prosecutor for the Chesapeake Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and prosecuted firearm and driving offenses in addition to drug distribution and forfeiture cases.  He received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and his Juris Doctor from University of South Dakota School of Law.
