- Employment-Related Litigation: Jeff has a proven track record of representing both private and public employers in resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, litigation, and appeals. Whether defending against wrongful termination claims to protecting employer’s trade secrets, Jeff works closely with clients to identify and implement the most effective solutions for their specific challenges.

Before entering private practice, Jeff served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jackson L. Kiser, U.S. District Court Judge for the Western District of Virginia. He gained valuable experience as an intern in the Office of Staff Counsel for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Before he went to law school, Jeff worked in public policy where he learned firsthand how the law affects employers. He moved from helping make laws to practicing law, enabling him to assist employers protect their interests and focus on achieving their missions.
