Marshall Winslow Joins Pender & Coward and Expands Eminent Domain / Right of Way Practice

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Marshall Winslow has joined the firm as an attorney focusing his practice on civil litigation, with special emphasis in the areas of eminent domain, zoning, land use, boundary disputes, premises liability, construction and products liability.  Marshall represents condemning agencies in right of way acquisitions, residential and commercial clients in construction litigation and businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters.

Marshall has practiced law in Hampton Roads for over 30 years.  He frequently speaks at continuing legal education seminars regarding eminent domain law and other topics, including representing public utilities and ethics considerations for legal practices.  Marshall received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University.
