PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Arnold’s professional experience has included civil, commercial and tort litigation, including numerous jury trials, in State and Federal courts throughout Southeastern Virginia. His current practice also includes assisting businesses and contractors with regard to various legal issues, and heavily focuses on matters involving Historic Tax Credits.

Earlier in his career, he represented numerous criminal defendants on Federal and State changes throughout investigations, trials, and appeals.
